July 16, 2018 Luke CHAPTER 16

Small things matter. How we obey in the seemingly unimportant and hidden things will determine how much we will be entrusted with the big things. Are you living a faithful life in the little areas that aren't celebrated or maybe even noitced. God sees! He is paying attention. He is building us into trustworthy stewards that He can use for Kingdom purposes.  Let's live for His glory in all things big or small!

    "No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money." This doesn't just go for money. This goes for anything in this world, anything that you have put before God. Think about the priorities in your life right now. Are they pleasing to God? Does He come before everything else? He should! God is THE ONLY ONE who deserves our praise! He's the ONLY ONE who is worthy enough to be first in our hearts and minds and lives! He's the ONLY ONE who we should give our hearts to. It is God alone who can satisfy every desire inside of our hearts, breathe life into our dead souls, and make something beautiful happen! God wants our whole heart, not part of it, but all of it. He knows what He's doing. He will work with anything you give Him! When you give Him everything, He will change everything. Change is not easy, but what God gives is undeniably the best way we could ever go. Our God is greater than anything in this world!
