May 30, 2018 MATTHEW CHAPTER 12
Jesus defined family in a shocking way. When we follow King Jesus our family multiplies. Obedience to the Father connect us with each other. After all, the greatest commandment is to love Him and love others. As we share time with one another, our passion for Him will overflow with compassion for each other.
Are you getting enough TW and K4 with your faith family? Why or why not?
In verse 50, Jesus says, "For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother." This means us, if we chose to follow Him! Jesus is welcoming us into His family! Even after everything that we've done wrong, every sin, He still loves us and He still wants us in His family! God is not just some dictator who tules the entire world. He is our Father! And our Father gave His one and only Son, so that we could be part of His family if we chose to believe in Him and trust Him! He loves us more than we could ever even imagine! His hands are always open, even to sinners. This is how we should live. With open hands, welcoming everyone, because of the grace poured into our lives! That grace will overflow if we let it
